Existing 3 Bed Semi-Detached town house, also with a basement. Full internal and external renovation, property had not been lived in for 2 years prior to works commencing on site so was in a poor state of repair, including needing a full new roof. This was an extensive renovation project which needed nearly all walls removing and replaced and back to brick re-build including new roof. This project was completed in 5months including extensive list of extra works on the project added by the client.
