Designs are in place, how can it be built, what are the costs and when can it be built and how quickly? 1- We can work with you to produce an accurate and detailed price for the project and produce a programme of works. 2- We will sit and discuss the key considerations of your circumstances as all clients are different and have different requirements i.e. you can’t move out, so we need to work around each other, or we need to split the project into different phases etc. 3- We work with each clients requirements to find the best fit for all parties to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum.

Contracts are signed and we are starting works, what now? We would like to say sit back and watch the magic happen but that is not the case, there are usually more decisions to be made i.e. kitchen and sanitaryware designs, locations of sockets, finishing items and decorations. This can feel overwhelming, but we are there to guide you through these steps and will give you clear timescales as to what we need and when. We have regular meetings on site between the Project Manager, Site Manager and Client to ensure everything is going to plan and keep communication on track to the end. WE DO NOT TAKE DEPOSITS, but we ensure a signed contract is in place before we commit to a start date and apply for payments as works are completed and agreed on site.
