Loft Renovation & Bathroom Renovation: Existing 3 bedroomed property with plans to deliver a ground floor extension and loft extension to what was already in place. Existing wall removal on the first floor and Loft Dormer reconfiguration and first floor bathroom renovation. This was a 4-month project, the client moved out of the house during construction which made the works quicker and easier. The Architect Tendered the project, but we then worked directly with the client following contract award. We are currently working with this client again to price further future works.
