Waterford Common
This project came from a recommendation from an Architect Rob had worked with in the past.
The existing property was a 4 bedroomed detached house with an Annex which had been converted from the old Garage. The layout was disjointed and not making the most of the space.
The Existing property floor area was 166m2 the plan was to build 2 small extensions which extended the back and connected the garage building and removing the roof and increasing the dormers this would create a total of 191m2 of floor area but more importantly an improved flow around the whole house.
When working on roofs and extensions there is always the balancing act of constructing one before the other, this time we chose to do the roof works first and then build up the ground floor extensions. The client was also anxious to ensure the project was completed in the 6months timeframe we had initially provided as a timeframe due to having to rent alternative accommodation for the duration of the project.
Our Site Manager Brian Wall managed this project meticulously to ensure the timelines were achieved and the client moved back in by the date agreed.
The finished photos below are testament to the whole Inspiring Team that worked incredibly hard to deliver a quality job.
