We worked on this project with Simon Knight Architects. This was a rear extension to replace an existing conservatory, remove and re-build the dormer bigger with an ensuite, ground floor adjustments and full renovation. The client had a very tight programme on this project, and we were completed in 20 weeks (including extra works).
This was a case of a property that hadn’t been updated for many years, so the client took the opportunity to re-do everything at the same time. This is now a home where the whole family does not need to worry about for many years to come.
